Olalani Resort & Condotel, Danang

I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. While the beautiful beach location and the spacious rooms were a big plus, the lack of open amenities due to the pandemic was disappointing. The service was decent, but the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, and I faced issues with towel availability. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it really needs some updating and more attentive service for a better experience.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly appreciated the helpful staff, especially when they swiftly resolved my room issue. While the food was delicious, the chaos caused by noisy tourists was a bit of a downside. Overall, the value for what you get here is excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we had noise issues, and they quickly moved us to a much quieter location. However, we experienced some disturbances from noisy guests and the need for updates in some areas. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel that we would definitely consider returning to!
